In this programme you will formalize your knowledge and experience in monitoring and supervision of food safety, supervising a professional kitchen, producing and presenting advanced starters, main course dishes, and desserts and dough using standardised recipes.

Successfully completed the Senior Secondary School.
Candidates seeking admission into this qualification will be required to sit a selection test or a pre-assessment to ascertain their eligibility of studying qualification.
